Empirical analysis of work-life balance and D&I initiatives using internal company data. Involved as an advisor from the design stage of the HR interventions.

Evidence Studio / Fathering Japan (NPO)
Randomized controlled trial (RCT) evaluating the effectiveness of a training program aimed at promoting paternal leave take-up. Quantitatively assessing impacts on leave rates and workplace attitudes.
